Realizace Argentinská Office Building

Firma Metrostav a.s. projekt Argentinská Office Building (AOB) dokončila pro investora BC Argentinská s.r.o. ze skupiny SUDOP podle projektové dokumentace zpracované firmou METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. Jedná se o jednu z prvních staveb Metrostavu a.s. s využitím procesu BIM. Projekt realizoval tým divize 9 vedený Jiřím Paulerem. Budova na první pohled zaujme moderním vzhledem umocněným zaobleným nárožím, jehož vykonzolovanou část podpírá přes dvě podlaží vysoká dvojice šikmých sloupů. Dům tak citlivě navazuje na okolní zástavbu...

METROPROJEKT V AOB

Vše je při starém. Tedy téměř. Sídlo Metroprojektu neopustilo tradici umístění na rušné křižovatce, kterou musíte cestou od metra překonat. Jezdí kolem tramvaje, v sousedství je základna hasičů i hudební klub. Tím ale podobnost končí. Největší změnou je ticho. Pokud neotevřete okna, je tak pronikavé, že z něj mnozí mají v uších tinnitus (nebo to pískají zářivky?)...
